- What you enter in forms: name, phone number, message and the selected service; for gold valuation — purity, weight and the estimated amount; when applying from the calculator — the calculation values you chose.
- Technical data: the page the form was sent from; general usage statistics collected by Google Analytics (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate city, button clicks).
- WhatsApp and phone: if you message us via the WhatsApp button or call us, your number and messages reach us through that channel.
The website does not require you to create an account, make a payment or upload copies of documents.
3. How we use the data
- to respond to your request and contact you;
- to prepare preliminary information and an offer for leasing or a pawn loan;
- to improve the website and our advertising (based on general statistics).
We do not sell your data.
4. Who we share data with
